Sunday night was a night of fashion from Louis Verdad, Sue Wong and Evisu you could imagine how fly it was to feature the designers 2007 Spring Collections. There will be a series of 32 shows over the next few days, the first night proved interesting with a big applause when a female model who was tired of them damn 5-inch heels, pulled them off of her feet, held them up in the air, and kept on walking, grinning the whole time.

But hold fast according to The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry(IFPI) who represents the world's music companies are claiming a crackdown on illegal downloads. And they may be coming for you who knows for sure. I personally don't see the big deal, I remember before all the Ipods,CD's, and of course the internet, we all have shared our favorite songs with family and friends. Earlier today 28 year old Fabolous, legal name John Jackson, was shot once in the thigh in NYC parking garage. Statements that were made in a recent interview with Sister 2 Sister Magazine might cost DMX $2 million to get put to rest. Monique Wayne of PG county, Md. is claiming to be the mother of a 2 year old son and also claiming the allegation are false. DMX has claimed that he was raped and stalked by her but according to the suit, DMX (born Earl Simmons) and Wayne met Aug 2, 2003 at at DC nightclub. The two left the club later that night to spend the night together. Come on now I think he's just calling rape to save face with his wife.

Over the weekend 34 year old St Lunatics member Ali, born Ali Jones, got arrested for a minor traffic violation. Apparently Ali is claiming the police brutalized him (OK this happens all the time) by using the taser and stunning him almost 50 times. He's claiming to have had a bowel movement on himself from being tased so long. Damn! Coinsidently the officer was white.

Kelis Denies Rumors of Reality Show

Nas and Mrs Jones aka Kelis have denied rumors of starring in a reality show, as reported earlier by the New York Post. The newspaper reported that the two had video cameras rolling while they were eating at a local restaurant, and assumed the two were recording for television. But it wasn’t for a TV project, Kelis recently told AOL Music, it was part of an ongoing effort to document her life for her posterity. “With all the events we do, I like to see my life,” Kelis said. “I drive Nas crazy because it’s usually me with the camera, which he is totally over. So I just got this [camera] guy to help us document our life. Whether we choose to do something with it or not is still up in the air. “Right now, I really just want to show my kids how fly Mommy was when she was in her twenties.”

Jay-Z’s world tour has run into a minor snafu – China’s Culture Ministry has cancelled one of his concerts scheduled for Shanghai’s Hongkou Stadium, citing a need to protect local rap fans from excessive profanity. “Some of Jay-Z’s songs contain too much vulgar language,” said Sun-Yun, of promotion company KS Production Co., explaining why the ministry refused permission for the Oct. 23 concert. According to Tickets365.com, the show is merely postponed and ticket holders will be contacted as soon as a new date is set. The performance would have been Jay’s first concert in China. Also Jay-Z's Just Blaze produced lead single 'Show Me What You Got' leaked to radio and Internet sites October 6, has heightened the buzz surrounding his forthcoming post-retirement LP, 'Kingdom Come'. But it may cost for whoever leaked the song according to Def Jam. Word is they are considering taking legal action against the person(s) responsible for the leak, and that the FBI may get involved. I mean really is all this necessary come on man they are so greedy I guess every dollar do count huh! Hopefully the current event won't effect the Nov 21 release date, only time will tell.

24-year-old Cassidy, Philadelphia rapper born Barry Reese, was in the passenger seat of an SUV when it was struck by another vehicle on Oct. 5, according to police spokesman Sgt. Edgar Martinez. “He has multiple fractures of his face,” said Simon Rosen, Cassidy’s lawyer. “He has a nasty scar from his ear to the center of his mouth. He’s on sedation to keep him from moving, and to keep him out of pain.”
“It’s scary looking, but he’s a very strong young man,” said Rosen. “He’s a fighter. He’ll come through this.” Meanwhile, Javier Trujillo Gonzalez – the 36-year-old driver of the vehicle that smashed into the SUV – was issued a summons for making an improper turn. All five people involved in the crash were taken to local hospitals, but only Cassidy sustained serious injuries. The accident occurred as the rapper was en route to a New York recording studio to work on his upcoming album. My prayers are with him.

Now that Nicole has broken up last week with Brody Jenner and Paris' recent run-in with Shanna Moakler, the estranged wife of Travis Barker the two may find comfort in each other again. The two will soon begin filming the fifth season of The Simple Life. I wish these two the best since good friends are hard to come by these days.

Three other people in the vehicle were also charged with criminal possession of a weapon after a loaded handgun was found inside the vehicle. According to The Journal News, one of those passengers was a convicted killer who recently escaped a life sentence in a local stabbing.
This arrest marks the second time Jadakiss has been hauled in for weapon possession. In July, he was arrestedon marijuana and gun- possession charges in North Carolina. A lot of rappers feel they need to carry weapons since their status makes them a target for crime. What do you think?

Jay Z and Beyonce may be the most publicized hip hop couple for the moment, but Nas and Kelis are building a strong rep for themselves, including a new reality show featuring the street fabulous pair.
The New York Posts’ Page Six reported today (Oct. 4) that the “Bossy” singer and her hubby Nas were filming an episode of their new reality show over Peking duck and lobster egg rolls at Buddakan, a trendy pan-Asian restaurant in the city. Neither have given any details on the show and its content but given the nature of them two I speculate it will be better that the Newlyweds with Nick and Jess.

I've been asked this question many times so I finally decided to comment on thie picture. I really think this is a beautiful picture first and foremost. Now whether there is a hidden attraction to the photo, I mean who knows now a days. Alot of people are closet gays and some are openly gay, it just depends on how they want to handle their sexuality. My man Jibbs who has this song thats out know called " Do your chain hang low".
